THE FANTASTICS PROJECT COMPLETION

The Fantastics (Gretchen Kudla, Anhi Spath, and Mateo) celebrate the completion of The Fantastics Project, a SFR remodel with a stair addition, a second floor addition, and an expansion of their partial basement into a full basement.

The Fantastics Project was undertaken while owner occupied. Andhi and Gretchen not only lived through the construction for six month, with the endless dust, noise, and torrential summer rains- they assisted with mechanical subcontractor coordination throughout, too.

The Fantastics Project boasts Milgard clad fir windows, trex recycled decking, James Hardi siding, integrated rain catchment and stormwater systems, bamboo & cork flooring, and custom kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. They gained 2 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, new interior stairs from basement to second level, a rear deck, a rear covered entry, a remodeled front porch, and 450 SF additional basement floor space.
